Hillsborough & Pinellas Counties.

Non-Refundable Scheduling Fee
$750 for half day
$1,125 for full day
Due within 10 days of scheduling
If not received, your case will be
removed from the schedule.
Each party is responsible for 50% of the mediation fee unless agreed otherwise.
Application / Forfeit
The scheduling fee applies to the total mediation cost. The scheduling fee is forfeited if a party fails to appear.

The full mediation payment is due at the end of mediation. Credit and debit cards are accepted.

4 Hours: 9 AM - 1 PM

You must request to reschedule at least seven (7) days before the mediation (weekends & holidays excluded)
If you reschedule within the cancellation period, the scheduling fee is applied to the new date. Otherwise, the scheduling fee is forfeited.

Upon request, Joan will conduct full day in-person mediations in Hillsborough
and Pinellas Counties.
Attorneys must arrange the venue / office to host the in-person mediation.
To arrange for an in-person mediation, add the request in the comments section when scheduling through the calendars above.
Special Notice to Attorneys:
I depend on you to ensure that parties have sufficient funds or deposit money into your trust account before mediation in case they do not pay my fee directly on the mediation day.
